- Strong English communication – both verbal and written, for patient interactions and office coordination.
- Organized and detail-oriented – capable of managing multiple patient appointments and medical documentation.
- Tech-savvy and quick learner – able to adapt to all-in-one office software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for Achieve Brain & Spine office.
- Schedule patient appointments through EMR software.
- Coordinate medical records using built-in faxing systems.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the medical office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications and appointments.
- Support the team with any administrative or follow-up tasks.

Timezone
- Pacific Time (PT) – 40 hours per week.
