Key Responsibilities

    • Manage inbound and outbound calls for Achieve Brain & Spine office.
    • Schedule patient appointments through EMR software.
    • Coordinate medical records using built-in faxing systems.
    • Serve as a personal assistant to the medical office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications and appointments.
    • Support the team with any administrative or follow-up tasks.

    • General office software (email, phone systems, etc.).

Timezone

    • Pacific Time (PT) – 40 hours per week.
