About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a small family-owned women’s clothing brand. The VA will handle customer inquiries, email inbox management, and phone support while helping the founder stay organized and focused on marketing and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a tight-knit, entrepreneurial team where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and business success. 

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
● Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone (average <10 calls/day).
● Provide friendly, empathetic support to ensure positive customer experiences.
● Assist with returns, exchanges, and order-related questions.
Administrative Support
● Manage the shared email inbox (Outlook), sort, and draft responses.
● Organize receipts, documents, and order details into folders.
● Coordinate between Shopify, Outlook, and Return Center to resolve support tickets.
● Maintain accuracy in data entry and customer records.
Organization & Process Improvement
● Suggest and implement more efficient workflows (basic CRM or Google Workspace
setup).
● Keep founder updated with organized summaries and follow-ups.
● Support ad hoc admin tasks as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

    • 3–4+ years of experience as a Customer Support VA, Administrative Assistant, or
    • similar role.
    • Strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat personality (customer-facing tone).
    • Proficiency with Shopify (order lookups, returns) and Outlook (email management).
    • Highly organized and proactive in managing tasks.
    • Discretion when handling customer and company information.
    • Female candidates preferred (to align with sensitive customer inquiries around women’s apparel).

Nice-to-Have

    • Experience in e-commerce customer service (fashion/retail background a plus).
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace for collaboration and organization.
    • Ability to create light systems/CRMs to improve efficiency.
$500 - $1,100 a month
Part-Time: Start with 20 hrs/week, with potential to scale to 40 hrs/week.
Time Zone: Eastern Time (Georgia, USA) overlap required.
