About the Role
A rapidly growing short-term rental and property management company is seeking two proactive, highly capable Virtual Assistants to join their guest services and operations team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations, handling guest inquiries, and supporting the local U.S. team during off-hours and weekends. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, resourceful, and confident problem solvers who can think beyond templates and act quickly to resolve issues.
This is a guest-facing role — professionalism, great communication, and strong decision-making are essential.

Key Responsibilities
● Act as the first point of contact for guest communications (calls, texts, and emails).
● Manage lockouts, urgent guest needs, and property-related escalations promptly
and professionally.
● Use HostAway and Breezeway to track bookings, maintenance issues, and turnovers.
● Coordinate with local cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure on-time check-ins and
check-outs.
● Approve and personalize AI-generated guest responses using Host AI before sending.
● Update listings and ensure property information remains accurate across all platforms.
● Maintain records, guest notes, and task logs to ensure clear communication between
shifts.
● Collaborate closely with the local U.S. team to ensure seamless daily operations.

Required Skills & Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in customer service, property management, or short-term rental operations.
    • Familiarity with Hostway and Breezeway is highly preferred.
    • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) with a neutral or clear accent for guest-facing calls.
    • Strong judgment and ability to make decisions independently.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and VoIP tools like Open Phone or Google Voice.
    • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
    • Stable internet connection and quiet work setup for handling live calls.

$500 - $700 a month
Part-Time VA (Weekend Coverage)
Schedule: Saturday–Sunday, 9 AM–6 PM PST
Focus: Weekend guest communication, issue resolution, and booking management.
