About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support executives within a global consultancy. This role covers a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, contract preparation, time tracking, and day-to-day support that ensures smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, is confident making decisions within defined processes, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for executives.
● Prepare, edit, and send contracts via DocuSign.
● Handle administrative tasks: time tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
● Assist with inbox organization, scheduling, and meeting prep.
● Support internal processes with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
● Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.

Must-Haves
● 3+ years as an EA, PA, or high-level admin support.
● Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
● Experience with DocuSign and managing contract workflows.
● Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented work style.
● Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Nice-to-Haves
● Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn.
● Experience supporting executives across multiple time zones.
