Job Description

Support a fast-moving health tech startup by owning day-to-day customer service and operations across a two-sided marketplace. You’ll thrive in an ambiguous, early-stage environment, work independently, and flex into new areas as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer service inquiries with clear, timely, professional communication.
    • Support onboarding across both sides of the marketplace (providers & end-users).
    • Execute operations tasks: scheduling, follow-ups, ticketing, basic data entry, and task tracking.
    • Draft and send professional emails; document SOPs/checklists as processes evolve.
    • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to draft responses, summarize info, and speed up workflows.
    • Maintain organized pipelines, notes, and updates; surface risks and blockers proactively.
    • Collaborate directly with leadership; adapt scope as priorities change.

MUST-HAVES

    • 1–3+ years in Customer ServiceOperations, or VA roles.
    • Excellent English communication (written & verbal); confident, concise email writing.
    • AI literacy (ChatGPT, Gemini): prompt confidently to improve speed and quality.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent (minimal supervision).
    • Comfortable with startup ambiguity and changing priorities.
    • Availability for PST business hours.

NICE-TO-HAVES

    • Marketplace or health/med-adjacent experience.
    • Ticketing/CS tools, CRM familiarity, or light SOP creation.
    • Basic spreadsheets/Google Workspace proficiency.
