Role Summary

Project Administration & Support
• Assist with project setup, composer briefing emails, and internal tracking documents
• Maintain project logs (e.g. deadlines, composer submissions, status updates)
• Help organise and deliver music assets (file transfers, folder naming,
upload/download)
• Schedule calls, demos, and feedback loops between Sequel HQ and LATAM
contributors

(English and Spanish)

Compliance & Licensing

    •  Support documentation for local rights organisations (e.g. SADAIC in Argentina)
    •  Assist with tracking cue sheets, usage terms, and licensing paperwork
    •  Help ensure regulatory filings and local compliance steps are completed accurately
    • Organise and update internal databases of composer registrations and rights info

Client & Composer Coordination

    • Coordinate communications between Sequel, LATAM & APAC-based composers, and clients
    • Translate or clarify briefings (Spanish ↔ English) when needed
    • Monitor incoming messages, flag priority items, and track responses

Back Office & Budget Support

    •  Assist with generating invoices and ensuring vendors receive payment info
    •  Track project budgets and flag any missing or delayed payment items
    •  Liaise with local partners or vendors for document completion, onboarding, etc.

Ideal Profile

    • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a bonus)
    • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
    • Based in LATAM & APAC (particularly in Argentina, Brazil)time zone, available for part-time work (15–20 hours/week)
    • Proactive communicator, able to manage deadlines across multiple projects
    • Familiar with Microsoft Suite (Docs, Excel, Calendar) and file sharing tools
