Job Description
The Executive Virtual Assistant will support the CEO of a precision medicine startup by managing daily administrative and communication tasks. This role will begin part-time with the possibility of expanding to full-time as responsibilities increase. The assistant will play a key role in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s inbox (triage, prioritization, drafting replies where appropriate).
- Handle the customer support inbox and ensure timely, professional responses.
- Support with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
- Perform light data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide occasional support with social media (posting, template usage, scheduling).
- Proactively identify ways to make the CEO’s workflow more efficient and organized.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3–4 years of Executive Assistant experience (not just general admin).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Experience with inbox management and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, or similar).
- Ability to work aligned to Pacific Time (Seattle), with good overlap.
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
Nice-to-Have:
- Customer support experience.
- Basic social media management (Canva, scheduling platforms).
