Job Description

The Executive Virtual Assistant will support the CEO of a precision medicine startup by managing daily administrative and communication tasks. This role will begin part-time with the possibility of expanding to full-time as responsibilities increase. The assistant will play a key role in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage CEO’s inbox (triage, prioritization, drafting replies where appropriate).
    • Handle the customer support inbox and ensure timely, professional responses.
    • Support with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
    • Perform light data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
    • Provide occasional support with social media (posting, template usage, scheduling).
    • Proactively identify ways to make the CEO’s workflow more efficient and organized.

Must-Have Requirements:

    • 3–4 years of Executive Assistant experience (not just general admin).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication.
    • Experience with inbox management and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, or similar).
    • Ability to work aligned to Pacific Time (Seattle), with good overlap.
    • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.

Nice-to-Have:

    • Customer support experience.
    • Basic social media management (Canva, scheduling platforms).
