Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant for a 3-month contract to support social media management, landing page creation, and targeted email outreach. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of organic engagement strategies on Instagram and TikTok, experience with HubSpot landing pages, and proficiency in using Apollo.io for email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow organic engagement on Instagram and TikTok (posting, responding to comments/DMs, and community building).
- Create and optimize HubSpot landing pages for campaigns and lead generation.
- Execute email outreach campaigns via Apollo.io (list building, sequencing, and follow-ups).
- Assist with social media content scheduling and engagement tracking.
- Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate on creative ideas for content and outreach strategies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Instagram & TikTok organic growth and engagement.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (landing pages, forms, and workflows).
- Strong knowledge of Apollo.io or similar email outreach tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for content trends and engagement strategies.

- Apollo.io (Email outreach & sequencing).
- Instagram & TikTok (organic strategy and analytics).
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Canva or basic design tools (preferred for quick content creation).
