Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media & Executive Virtual Assistant to support a growing coaching business. The ideal candidate will help maintain and grow the client’s online presence, particularly on LinkedIn, with future expansion to Instagram. This role will also involve light executive assistance tasks, podcast outreach support, and general admin responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain LinkedIn presence (posting, scheduling, ensuring accuracy).
- Proactively engage with relevant posts to increase visibility and algorithm performance.
- Research and connect with ideal clients (women in tech and other specified criteria).
- Build and maintain a leads/connection list.
- Assist with podcast outreach (initial research and contacting potential opportunities).
- Provide light executive VA support (calendaring, general admin).
- Potentially expand engagement strategies to Instagram once LinkedIn processes are established.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (social media + admin focus).
- Strong LinkedIn management and engagement experience.
- Familiarity with outreach, lead generation, and client connection strategies.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Comfortable working in PST time zone alignment (California-based client).
