Job Description
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a yoga/Pilates studio owner transitioning into a consultancy business. The role involves managing operations across two DBAs under one business entity, focusing on CRM setup, website management, content distribution, and marketing funnels to drive lead generation. This is an immediate hire to alleviate the owner’s workload and ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
Configure and manage GoHighLevel CRM, setting up the consultancy as the agency and the yoga/pilates studio as a sub-account.
Build and optimize marketing funnels, automations, and landing pages within GoHighLevel.

Website Management:
Maintain and update the Squarespace website, ensuring functionality and user experience.
Embed GoHighLevel widgets (e.g., forms, calendars) into Squarespace for seamless lead capture.

Content Creation & Distribution:
Upload and manage video content across social media and other platforms (no editing required).
Create and schedule blog posts to support content marketing strategies.
Distribute marketing campaigns to generate leads for both the consultancy and studio.

Data Management:
Use Google Sheets for organizing data, tracking tasks, and reporting.

Administrative Support:
Assist with tasks across both DBAs as needed, ensuring smooth coordination with the business owner.
Must-Have Requirements
Proven expertise in GoHighLevel CRM setup and management.
Proficiency in Squarespace, including embedding third-party widgets.
Strong experience with Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
Familiarity with video content management (uploading and implementation, no editing required).
Basic knowledge of marketing funnels and automation workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Located in the Philippines (preferred for cost-effectiveness).
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.

Schedule
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week initially, with potential to scale to full-time (40 hours/week).
Time Zone: Candidates must have at least a few hours of daily overlap with PST (California) for communication. Full PST availability is highly desirable.
Communication: Regular check-ins with the business owner via email, Slack, or video calls, as agreed upon.
