The Part-Time Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, creation, scheduling, and reporting of content across multiple social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, particularly on TikTok, and an eye for creating aesthetically appealing lifestyle content. The coordinator will also assist with analytics, research, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow across projects.

Schedule, post, and cross-post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Attend team meetings to align on strategy and content planning.

Research social media trends, themes, and opportunities to optimise performance.

Assist in planning and organising content shoots.

Create Pins for Pinterest and occasional graphics as required.

Compile and deliver monthly analytics reports.

Support team organisation and task management within Asana and other tools.

Assist with formatting and scheduling emails in MailChimp.

Contribute to WordPress and Squarespace blogs.

Support reporting, additional research, and content creation.

Strong knowledge of TikTok and advanced content creation skills.

Ability to identify and create visually appealing lifestyle content.

Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.

Experience with social media scheduling and reporting tools (e.g. Metricool, Meta Business Suite).

Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and other editing platforms.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
