We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to support Anthony, the co-founder managing Product and Design. This role will begin part-time at 20 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The VA will play a key role in managing email communication, scheduling, and general work support, ensuring Anthony can focus on strategic priorities.

Manage and organize email inboxes; draft and send professional communications on behalf of Anthony.

Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Maintain and update workflows, tasks, and documentation using Notion.

Facilitate smooth communication and task alignment via Slack and Google Workspace.

Draft and edit emails based on short prompts or bullet points provided by Anthony, often communicating directly as him (first-person).

Provide support on personal scheduling tasks when needed.

Assist in general administrative duties and special projects to enhance productivity.

3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear and professional emails.

Proficiency with Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Gmail, Drive).

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Independent, proactive, and able to anticipate needs with minimal direction.

Comfortable adapting to the fast-paced environment of a startup.

Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.

Familiarity with software/product development processes and SaaS terminology.

Experience supporting founders, co-founders, or senior executives.
