This role will work collaboratively with Goshen CEO and Operations team to bring the firm’s brand vision to life and help achieve bottom-line target goals.
Initial time commitment is 20 hours per week and subject to increase as more deliverables are determined in the future with successful performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies and calendar to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
