Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital space.
This role will focus on content creation, social media management, email campaigns, SEO, and analytics while leveraging AI-powered tools for copywriting and design.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging visuals using Canva (or similar tools)
- Manage and schedule posts via Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent platforms
- Edit short-form content using CapCut or Adobe Premiere
- Manage and grow social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Execute email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
- Track and report performance using Google Analytics and social media insights
- Conduct SEO research (keywords, competitor analysis, on-page optimization)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copy.ai, Writesonic, etc.) for ideation and content writing
- Use Midjourney / DALL·E for creative graphics and visual content
- Optimize copy with Grammarly / QuillBot
- Collaborate on content strategy and digital marketing initiatives
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong background in social media management & digital marketing
- Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of SEO and analytics (Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Ability to use AI-powered tools for copywriting and design
- Strong written English skills with attention to detail
- Portfolio of past design, social media, and marketing work
