Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer to build a professional, responsive website from scratch for a newly established fractional CFO services company. The site will serve as the company’s primary digital presence, showcasing services, credibility, and contact channels for potential startup clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a complete, responsive website from scratch
- Implement branding, service descriptions, and contact forms
- Ensure optimal performance across desktop, tablet, and mobileIntegrate basic SEO best practices
- Set up hosting, domain, and site security features
- (Optional) Create graphic assets and social media visuals to complement the site
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience designing and launching professional websites
- Strong graphic design and layout skills
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
- Understanding of basic SEO principlesAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
- Clear English communication skills for client updates and revisions
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with branding for consulting or professional services
- Social media content creation skills
- Knowledge of integration with CRMs or contact management tools
Contract Type:
- Part-time, project-based (approx. 1 month, with potential for ongoing work)
- Must be available for progress calls during EST hours
$800 - $1,100 a month
