The role
Be the operational partner to our Senior Manager of Coaching. You’ll set up and maintain client automations, onboard clients, and walk them through tools live on Zoom (1:1 and group). You’re calm, client-facing, and process-driven with enough tech fluency to own “how it works” end-to-end.

What you’ll do
● Client onboarding & success ○ Set up client accounts/workspaces, templates, and automations per playbook.
○ Host live Zooms to demo workflows, troubleshoot, and ensure activation.
○ Track milestones, renewals and client health; flag risks early.

● Automation ops
○ Implement/update simple automations (email sequences, tags, lists, triggers).
○ Document SOPs and maintain clean records across systems.

● Collaboration
○ Work closely with the Senior Manager of Coaching; keep them informed with crisp notes, next steps and risks.
○ Capture client feedback → propose improvements to flows and FAQs.

Must-haves
● Client-facing confidence on Zoom (clear English, steady facilitation).
● Proven customer success / onboarding experience for a SaaS, services, or coaching org.
● Comfortable configuring marketing/sales automations (e.g., Instantly or similar; basic tags/lists/sequences; integrations).
● Strong organization (docs, checklists, follow-ups) and dependable execution in ET hours.

Nice-to-haves
● Familiarity with LinkedIn workflow tooling, CRM basics (HubSpot/GoHighLevel/Pipedrive), Slack, Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom.
● Experience supporting coaching/education or professional-services customers.

KPIs
● Onboarding completion rate & time-to-activation, CSAT/NPS, issue resolution time, SOP accuracy.
