Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound calls and emails from prospective tenants to schedule property showings and viewings.
    • Manage owner and tenant inquiries (property info, emergencies, repair requests, etc.).
    • Process and log maintenance requests into the company’s app/software (via Monday.com).
    • Redirect tenants to the company’s app for maintenance requests or submit requests on their behalf.
    • Act as a receptionist/point of contact for all office calls using a VoIP system (e.g., OpenPhone).
    • Manage calendars and coordinate with agents to schedule property showings (via Outlook Express or synced calendars).
    • Provide professional, timely customer service to tenants, owners, and prospects.

Must-Have Skills & Tools:

    • Strong English communication (written & verbal) with professional phone etiquette.
    • Experience in property management support or real estate admin (preferred).
    • Proficiency with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms).
    • Familiarity with VoIP systems (OpenPhone or equivalent).
    • Calendar scheduling experience (Outlook or similar).
    • Ability to multitask across email, calls, and scheduling with accuracy.
