JOB DESCRIPTION:
Breakthrough Academy (BTA) is a coaching and education platform supporting over 600 clients—primarily contractors—through structured business principles and 1:1 coaching. They are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support their Operations and Marketing teams by streamlining admin-heavy workflows and ensuring back-end processes are efficient and effective.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with data entry, system updates, and administrative tasks across various tools (primarily Zoho CRM).
- Conduct system checks, cross-reference data, and minimize manual processing errors.
- Support operations team with admin tasks to allow them to focus more on client interaction and member-facing work.
- Monitor content postings and assist with replying to inquiries or comments.
- Support light campaign coordination or marketing ops (exact duties TBD with marketing lead).
- Assist in keeping systems and documentation organized across campaigns and platforms.
MUST HAVE:
- 3–4 years minimum experience in virtual assistance or admin operations
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar systems
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable managing repetitive tasks and ensuring data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Adaptable, reliable, and eager to be part of a long-term team
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience working with coaches, educational platforms, or membership-based programs
- Familiarity with marketing tasks or content management
- Previous work with Canadian or US-based clients
WORK HOURS:
- 20 hours/week to start
- Time zone: PST (preferred); flexibility required for North American hours
- Candidate can propose schedule based on availability
$500 - $1,100 a month
