We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support multiple departments with a focus on client relations and accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented and capable of managing client accounts while maintaining excellent relationships. Alternatively, candidates with an accounting or AR background who can work closely with the company accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communications professionally and promptly.
Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
Support coordination across multiple departments: Sales and Client Billing.
Work closely with the accountant to ensure accurate financial records and smooth AR processes.
Assist with general administrative tasks, email management and Google Workspace tools.
Maintain organised records and ensure timely reporting as required by department heads.

Specific Qualifications:
Strong experience in client relations and customer service required.
Experience in accounts receivable is highly desirable.
Candidates with an accounting or AR background who can work closely with the accountant

Technical Requirements:
Accounting knowledge preferred (CPA license not required).
Proficiency with email and Google Workspace.
No QuickBooks or CRM platform experience required.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
