We’re a boutique, high-touch digital marketing studio producing TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and 
Connected TV ads—from scrappy low-lift shoots to high-production campaigns. Our co-founders 
are deeply involved in every client relationship. We move fast, collaborate closely, and obsess 
over clear communication and smooth delivery. 

The Opportunity 
Be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You’ll sit in (or support) client 
meetings, translate discussion into crisp action items, and keep information flowing both ways. 
This is not a heavy project management role—you’ll partner with PMs—but you will own 
organization, follow-ups, and priorities so nothing slips. 

What You’ll Do 
●  Meeting → Momentum: Capture agendas, decisions, and next steps; circulate concise 
recaps and owners with due dates. 
 
●  Action Tracking: Maintain clean task boards (Trello) and trackers; nudge owners; 
surface blockers early; keep priorities clear. 
 
●  Client Comms Support: Draft quick updates, gather approvals, and route questions to 
the right internal lead; prep/co-prep call notes. 
 
●  Internal Coordination: Ensure creative, media, and production teams have what they 
need (briefs, specs, assets, timelines). 
 
●  Quality & Handoffs: Spot gaps, clarify requirements, and verify completeness before 
passing work along. 
 
●  Rhythm & Reporting: Run/assist weekly standups, maintain status views, and provide 
simple progress summaries.

Must-Haves

    • 2+ years in a client-facing coordination, account support, operations, or PM-adjacent role (agency or fast-paced creative environment a plus).
    • Outstanding organization, follow-through, and attention to detail; you love turning chaos into checklists.
    • Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English.
    • Comfortable driving prioritization and politely owning follow-ups across multiple stakeholders.
    • Hands-on with Trello and Slack (or similar tools); strong G-Suite hygiene (Docs/Sheets).
    • Ability to work 8:30am–5:30pm EST consistently 

Nice-to-Haves

    • Familiarity with paid social & video workflows (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV) and common creative/ad ops terminology. 
    • Experience coordinating approvals, asset trafficking, or light QA.
    • Exposure to other PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com), Loom, Calendly, or simple dashboards.

Success in 60–90 Days

    • Meeting recaps consistently sent within agreed SLAs (e.g., day-of) with clear owners and timelines.
    • Trello boards remain tidy, current, and useful; zero dropped details.
    • Clients and internal teams cite smoother communication and faster decisions.
