Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media & Funnels Manager to help launch and grow a new women’s midlife makeover brand (ages 40–70+). The brand focuses on hormone health, wellness, empowerment, and retreats, with future plans for coaching programs, workshops, podcasts, TED-style speaking, and product sales (protein, weighted vests). The founder is passionate about helping women navigate life transitions but needs a reliable partner to handle the technical, digital, and marketing backend.
The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, landing page & funnel creation, lead capture, email/SMS automation, and light web/e-commerce setup (Shopify or similar). You’ll be responsible for translating the founder’s vision into digital assets, content, and systems that attract and nurture an engaged audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Landing pages & funnels: Design/build in a no-code tool; integrate forms, pixels, scheduling, and automations.
- Lead capture & list growth: Implement ethical email/SMS collection from FB groups and inbound flows; segment by interest (hormones, coaching, retreat, products).
- Social media management: TikTok & Facebook programming, short-form editing (CapCut/Canva), repurposing, and community replies.
- Email/SMS marketing: ESP setup, list hygiene, tagging, welcome/nurture series, broadcast/newsletters, and SMS follow-ups.
- Light web & brand site: Maintain a simple one-page hub; uphold clean, white, classy visual standards.
- Storefront setup: Prepare Shopify (or similar) for future products; payments and basic product pages.
- Analytics & reporting: Weekly metrics (traffic, subscribers, CTR, CPL, conversions) with recommendations.
- Founder enablement: Turn high-level ideas into briefs; set priorities; propose next steps; keep delivery on track.
MUST-HAVE Qualifications
- Portfolio with funnels/landing pages and consumer social content.
- Practical experience with a funnel builder (e.g., GoHighLevel preferred, or ClickFunnels/Leadpages/Webflow/Wix/Framer/Canva Sites).
- ESP/CRM hands-on (e.g., ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel) and SMS tools (e.g., Twilio/JustCall/SimpleTexting or GHL SMS).
- TikTok + Facebook content ops and editing (CapCut/Canva) with platform-native best practices.
- Lead capture + automation proficiency: forms, tagging, double opt-in, welcome/nurture, RSVP flows.
- Pixel/Analytics: GA4, Meta & TikTok Pixels; UTM discipline; simple Looker Studio dashboards.
- Strong copy + design literacy for clear headlines/CTAs aligned to a minimal, premium aesthetic.
- Timezone fit: consistent overlap with US Central (CT); proactive communication and reliability.
Nice-to-Haves
- Shopify buildout (themes, basic apps, payments) or alternative checkout (Thrivecart/Gumroad).
- Podcast launch support (RSS distribution, artwork, show notes, clipping workflows).
- Webinar/Zoom flows (registration → reminders → replay/evergreen funnel).
- Basic SEO and blog/CMS upkeep.
- Experience in women’s midlife health/coaching niches.
- Early-stage app prototyping familiarity (nice-to-have for future plans).
