Job Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support a fast-growing health tech company. This hybrid role combines 50% coordination of workshops and group coaching sessions (logistics, scheduling, customer coordination) and 50% executive assistant support for the Head of HR and co-founders.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, experience supporting senior leaders, and the ability to streamline processes through automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule workshops, group sessions, and coaching events for clients
- Manage logistics and communications with clients and participants
- Provide EA-level support to the Head of HR and co-founders (calendar, scheduling, admin tasks)
- Handle business operations tasks as needed (documentation, follow-ups, reporting)
- Suggest and implement automation/AI tools to improve efficiency
- Liaise with internal team and 150+ freelance providers to ensure smooth operations
Must-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination, interview coordination, or workshop/event scheduling
- Proven background as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior management
- Strong organization and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of automation tools, AI applications, and workflow improvements
- Availability to work UK/Spain business hours
$800 - $1,100 a month
