Job Description:

The General Virtual Assistant will support a growing IT equipment reseller by handling sales-related administrative tasks, light customer communication, and CRM management. This role combines sales acumen with administrative support to help streamline business operations and free up the owner’s time.

Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing contacts (e.g., event invitations, webinar follow-ups)
    • Take inbound customer calls when required and provide professional support
    • Assist sales team with appointment booking and client outreach
    • Update, manage, and maintain records in HubSpot CRM
    • Write and send business emails (AI tools permitted if appropriate)
    • Support social media tasks and content creation (HubSpot or Canva)
    • Assist with administrative duties such as light bookkeeping (QuickBooks), uploading receipts, and reconciling reports
    • Provide proactive support with projects, events, and other business needs as assigned

Must-Have Qualifications

    • 3–4+ years of experience as a VA, Sales Support, or Admin Assistant
    • Strong communication and phone-handling skills (sales acumen is key)
    • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks (basic bookkeeping tasks)
    • Social media management experience (HubSpot, Canva, or similar)
    • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision
