Role Overview 

Work directly with an SEO freelancer managing ~40 client accounts.

Primary focus is SEO data entry, digital marketing operations, and AI-assisted workflows. The VA will help execute repeatable monthly deliverables, approx. 80 hrs/month to start, with scope to grow into full-time as the client acquires new business.

● SEO Operations & Data Entry

●Upload keywords, update CMS fields, copy/paste data.

●Verify, log, and track deliverables across multiple clients. ○ Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to prep or clean content.

● Digital Marketing Support

● Assist with simple SEO best-practice tasks (meta data, basic formatting, link entry).

● Support in maintaining consistency and accuracy across accounts.

● Potential to expand into light digital marketing/ops as business grows.

● Admin & Reporting ○ Keep task lists updated and organized.

● Provide weekly updates on progress and hours used.

● 3+ years VA/SEO support experience (digital marketing, data entry, or related).

● Strong attention to detail — accuracy with repetitive tasks.

● Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper).

● Strong English (written and spoken).

● Reliable internet; able to handle multiple logins.

● Prior SEO experience (keyword placement, CMS familiarity, link management).

● Familiarity with VPNs if required by client logins

● Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools/platforms.

$500 - $700 a month
