Role Overview
The Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator is focused on driving sales and building partnerships. You’ll handle ticketing logistics, manage our event listings, run marketing campaigns, and secure sponsors who want to align with our events and audience.
Key Responsibilities
● Create and manage ticket links for all events.
● Ensure event listings are live and accurate across all platforms (Eventbrite, Dice,
Resident Advisor, Bandsintown, etc.).
● Segment audience data and manage email + SMS marketing campaigns.
● Conduct outreach to liquor brands, local businesses, and national sponsors.
● Negotiate sponsorship deals (cash + in-kind support such as giveaways, drinks,
activations).
● Work with the content team to align campaigns with social media.
● Track ROI and deliver reports on campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Background in marketing, event promotion, or sponsorship sales.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Eventbrite, Mailchimp/HubSpot, or SMS platforms a plus.
- Comfortable with outreach, pitching, and building brand partnerships.
- Sales-minded and motivated by results.
$500 - $700 a month
Hours: ~20 hours/week
