Job Description
We are seeking a Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound sales efforts. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective businesses, introducing services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. The candidate will initially work with a provided leads list, with the expectation of building and expanding the pipeline using research and tools such as Apollo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective companies.
- Introduce the company’s services and engage potential decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
- Manage, update, and expand lead lists (using Apollo and other sources).
- Record lead data, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Continuously build and grow the lead pipeline.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cold calling (B2B or B2C sales).
- Clear, neutral, and professional English-speaking accent.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo a plus).
- Ability to research and identify new leads independently.
- Comfortable working with scripts while adapting to conversations.
