Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support with reviewing, analyzing, and extracting key data points from complex financial documents. The role will involve comparing financial and legal documents, summarizing findings, and entering data into structured spreadsheets. Candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information under NDA agreements.
This is not a traditional EA role—the focus is more on data entry, document analysis, and structured reporting.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in data entry and data analysis
- Ability to review complex financial or legal documents and extract key information
- High proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes and compare datasets/documents
- Excellent written English for clear reporting/summaries
- Must be comfortable signing and complying with NDAs and data security policies
