Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Operations & Social Media Coordinator to support a fast-growing events brand delivering over 3,000 private hibachi events nationwide this year. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing many hats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media posting multiple times per week and coordinate customer-generated content.
- Follow up with customers to request reviews and testimonials.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with table and chair rental partners.
- Source and onboard new rental partners to increase profitability.
- Support the founder in launching and developing new event-related ventures.
- Assist with various operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
- (Bonus) Apply hospitality/catering experience to improve guest experience.
- (Bonus) Create engaging email/SMS campaigns for marketing.
- (Bonus) Use graphic design skills for social content, ads, and promotional materials.
- Graphic design skills preferred (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
Must-Haves
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing and branding.
- Experience in events, hospitality, or catering (preferred).
- Marketing experience (social media, email, SMS) is a plus.
