About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Outreach & LinkedIn/Email Campaign Specialist to support business development efforts for a global pricing consultancy.
This role focuses on managing outreach campaigns, writing and sending messages, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring contacts are properly managed in CRM systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable drafting professional copy, and confident managing conversations with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and update LinkedIn connections and outreach campaigns.
● Draft, personalize, and send outreach messages (LinkedIn + email).
● Track responses and follow-ups; maintain organized records of outreach.
● Support email outreach campaigns, including drafting and QA.
● Utilize ChatGPT or other AI tools for first drafts but refine/edit for professional tone.
● Collaborate with team to adjust messaging strategy as needed.
Must-Haves
● 2–3+ years in outreach, lead generation, or sales support.
● Proficiency with LinkedIn outreach tools and email campaign tools.
● Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or willingness to learn quickly).
● Strong written English, with ability to refine AI-generated content.
● Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal guidance.
Nice-to-Haves
● Experience in B2B consulting or professional services.
● Prior success managing large-scale outreach campaigns.
