VA/EA – Operations /
Social Media Marketing/Management/ Part- Time /
Remote
Role Overview
You’ll be the “glue” between our programs, community, and communications—shaping a simple plan for content and outreach, repurposing our rich library of teachings into accessible formats, and tightening admin processes (registrations, confirmations, lists, and light reporting). You will not own code or heavy web development; instead, you’ll audit, recommend, and coordinate changes with our existing web person.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
● Create a lightweight content & campaign plan across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
aligned to our programs/seasonal calendars.
● Draft, build, and send newsletters in Constant Contact (layout, links, segmentation,
A/B subject tests).
● Repurpose existing teachings/curriculum into posts, carousels, simple PDFs, and email
sequences (tone: warm, culturally rooted, healing-centered).
● Maintain a monthly promo calendar (what’s live, what’s next, who’s responsible).
Website & Integrations (Coordination, not coding)
● Review site/user flows and recommend updates (clarity, accessibility, program pages,
“what’s next” CTAs).
● Partner with our web person to implement updates; ensure brand and message
continuity.
● Propose and help set up integrations/automations (e.g., Constant Contact forms,
event checkout flows, tags/lists, confirmation pages).
Automations & Community Journey
● Build registration → confirmation → reminders sequences (instant thank-you email,
calendar holds, pre-work, Zoom links, post-event follow-ups).
● Maintain lists/segments in Constant Contact; keep data clean and deduped.
Program & Admin Support
● Post events/courses, manage links/UTMs, track sign-ups, and compile weekly status
(what shipped, metrics, blockers).
● Light event support on weekends as needed (launch posts, reminder sends, comment
moderation, last-minute edits).
● Basic research (platform tools, comparable programs, best practices for online course
packaging).
