Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR & Executive Virtual Assistant to support the HR Director in managing daily operations and administrative responsibilities. This role will ensure smooth HR processes and allow leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR Director’s email and calendar (scheduling, prioritization, follow-ups).
- Organize and maintain employee files and HR records.
- Assist with payroll and HR-related forms.
- Respond to employee questions and provide administrative HR support.
- Support with recruiting coordination and onboarding documentation.
- General executive and administrative assistance as required.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or HR Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and file management.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn HR platforms and tools.
- Comfortable working in MST hours and aligned with U.S. holidays.
