Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant with strong data entry and travel coordination skills to support a client’s business operations. This role focuses on managing hotel bookings, entering confirmation details into a CRM, and handling invoicing with high accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining fast turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel bookings and confirmations in a timely manner.
- Enter confirmation details and data accurately into the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare and process invoices related to travel bookings.
- Track pending bookings and ensure all requests are handled promptly.
- Provide administrative support as required, ensuring deadlines are met.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support.
- Familiarity with travel coordination and hotel booking processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive and responsive with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience with CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Software & Tools:
- CRM platforms (specific training provided).
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Basic invoicing software or spreadsheets.
