Job Description:

We are looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant with strong data entry and travel coordination skills to support a client’s business operations. This role focuses on managing hotel bookings, entering confirmation details into a CRM, and handling invoicing with high accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining fast turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage hotel bookings and confirmations in a timely manner.
    • Enter confirmation details and data accurately into the company’s CRM system.
    • Prepare and process invoices related to travel bookings.
    • Track pending bookings and ensure all requests are handled promptly.
    • Provide administrative support as required, ensuring deadlines are met.

Must-Have Requirements:

    • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support.
    • Familiarity with travel coordination and hotel booking processes.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
    • Proactive and responsive with a strong sense of urgency.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Previous experience with CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Software & Tools:

    • CRM platforms (specific training provided).
    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
    • Basic invoicing software or spreadsheets.
