We’re now seeking a Head of Post Production / Video Editor & Creator to take ownership of the editing process and bring our ideas to life with flair. The Role This is not just about cutting clips—it’s about shaping stories, experimenting with formats, and translating comedy into visuals that connect with audiences across websites, LinkedIn, and social platforms. You’ll lead the post-production process, from raw footage to polished, campaign-ready content, ensuring every piece reflects our voice and vision.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the post-production process end-to-end: editing, story shaping, formatting, and delivery.

● Edit video content for multiple platforms including websites, LinkedIn, and social media channels.

● Create titles, graphics, and formats to enhance storytelling and comedic timing.

● Collaborate closely with creative directors and producers to maintain the agency’s unique brand of humor.

● Ensure final edits meet both creative and technical standards.

● Keep projects on schedule while maintaining a playful, innovative, and forward-thinking approach.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

● Proven experience in film, advertising, or comedy content creation.

● Strong storytelling ability—especially with humor and comedic timing.

● Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (primary editing tool).

● Creative mindset: a creator first, editor second.

● Ability to take initiative, think outside the box, and push creative boundaries.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Portfolio/showreel that demonstrates strong editing and storytelling in a comedy or advertising context.

Nice-to-Haves

● Background in comedy writing or performance.

● Experience reformatting and adapting content for different platforms.

● Interest in current social media trends and how to use them for brand storytelling.
