Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant to support ongoing marketing activities and administrative operations. This role is highly implementation-focused — taking provided concepts, requirements, and content outlines, and turning them into polished, engaging deliverables across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong English writing and editing skills, be proficient in social media management, video and audio editing, email marketing, and website content updates, and be able to make judgment calls to ensure content is compelling, clear, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms
    • Design accompanying creatives for posts and marketing campaigns (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
    • Edit videos and audio, including creating short snippets, merging files, and preparing podcast content for distribution
    • Upload and update content on the company website (no coding required)
    • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns (including copywriting and layout)
    • Build landing pages to support campaigns and lead generation initiatives
    • Implement marketing automation tasks, ensuring seamless integration with CRM tools (Constant Contact experience a plus)
    • Maintain organized digital assets and follow brand style guidelines
    • Support general administrative tasks related to marketing projects

Must-Have Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing support, creative content production, or virtual assistance
    • Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting/editing ability
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and content scheduling
    • Video and audio editing skills (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools)
    • Graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent)
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
    • Ability to build basic landing pages without coding
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Comfortable learning new tools and processes quickly without heavy hand-holding

Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Experience in podcast content publishing
    • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows
    • Website content management (WordPress or similar CMS)

Schedule & Availability

    • Part-Time: 20 hours per week to start (Eastern Time Zone overlap required)
    • Potential to transition to Full-Time (40 hrs/week) based on performance and company needs
$700 - $1,100 a month
