The job
We’re seeking a Casting Scout to be responsible for building and managing our talent pipeline. This role involves scouting and recruiting creators, actors, and influencers, organizing schedules, documenting call sheets, and expanding our casting database. You’ll be a crucial part of ensuring our productions run smoothly and are supported by the right people in front of the camera.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and recruit talent across various platforms (actors, UGC creators, influencers)
● Maintain and expand our internal casting database with accurate and up-to-date talent
information
● Coordinate schedules between talent, production teams, and clients
● Create and manage call sheets and ensure timely distribution before shoots
● Develop strong relationships with talent and ensure a positive casting experience
● Collaborate with producers and creative leads to align talent with project needs
● Stay updated on industry and platform trends to source fresh, diverse talent
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in casting, talent coordination, or influencer management (agency experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with call sheet documentation and production workflows
- Experience with Airtable, Trello, and Slack
- A passion for discovering new talent and connecting them to the right opportunities
$800 - $1,100 a month
Remote contractor. Full Time; 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm EST with one hour lunch and breaks as needed
