Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support the sales activities of a technology company specializing in cost-reduction solutions for large-scale real estate development projects. This role will act as the operational backbone for the sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient client acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Update CRM with meeting notes, follow-up actions, and client information.
- Send reminders and confirmations to prospects ahead of scheduled meetings.
- Filter and pre-qualify inbound leads to ensure only relevant prospects reach the sales team.
- Track lead funnel performance and highlight drop-off points for optimization.
- Support the sales team in follow-ups to reduce no-shows and increase qualified meetings.
- Coordinate with founders to ensure they are focused on high-value meetings.
- Maintain documentation and process flows for sales operations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–4+ years experience in a sales operations, admin, or similar support role.
- Strong CRM management skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
- Background in construction, building materials, or related industries.
- Experience with real estate development projects.
- Knowledge of sales funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
