Job Description
The Virtual Assistant will support a boutique custom jewelry business with client communications, email management, and project updates. This role is focused on ensuring smooth, timely, and professional interactions with clients from initial inquiry through project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email communications with clients (inquiries, follow-ups, updates)
- Draft responses to new client inquiries using provided templates & pricing guides
- Provide project updates to clients (using project workbooks and design files)
- Track and confirm shipment details (e.g., client stones, shipping labels, confirmations)
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress
- Collaborate with founders to ensure smooth client experience
- Support additional admin tasks as role grows
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong written English (professional, clear, warm communication style)
- Prior experience in email or client communication roles
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive and reliable; able to work independently
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Ability to work during Eastern Time (New York) hours
$500 - $800 a month
