We are seeking a Marketing Quality Manager to support our internal marketing programs in the Medicare space to align with internal quality standards and industry/government regulatory requirements. This role will be integral in reviewing assets in Medicare/Health for Marketing, as well as submitting the materials to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services HPMS tool.
Responsibilities:
- Review Medicare/Health marketing communications for stakeholders, such as advertising, sales support materials, client communications, and websites.
- Stay up to date with internal and industry standards and regulations.
- Provide feedback to update internal standards based on carrier and internal reviews.
- Document and submit materials to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services online HPMS tools.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance business to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - strong PM insurance background, adaptable, articulate, present own best practices.
- Ability to communicate Compliance and regulatory knowledge and can speak the “language” to stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with other team members on audits and provide marketing assets when needed for marketing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years knowledge of the insurance industry (Medicare a must)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience within an insurance environment (Insurtech a plus)
- Intermediate skillset for MS Office tools (excel, word, outlook)
- Understanding of Adobe tools
- Solid foundation of the Medicare space – rules/regulations
- Red Oak (Marketing Asset Tool) a bonus
- Must enjoy working with people and being part of a team environment.
- Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
- College degree or equivalent

NOTE: Assurance is required by multiple state and city laws to include the salary range on position postings when hiring in those specific locals. The salary range for this position will be between $88,000 and $115,000 and may be eligible for additional bonus or commission plans + benefits. Eligibility to participate in the bonus or commission plans is subject to the rules governing those programs, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and/or organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
