The Marketing Quality Specialist will be integral in supporting the marketing quality team in an administrative role with additional responsibilities in low-risk asset marketing reviews. Experience in the insurance industry, collaboration with compliance and working with CMS is highly desired. 

Responsibilities:

    • Marketing review of low-risk marketing assets for stakeholders, such as advertising, sales support materials, client communications, and websites for the auto/P&C space.
    • Coordinate with legal and compliance business to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
    • Provide feedback to update internal standards based on carrier and internal reviews
    • Keep marketing quality confluence pages and disclosure library up to date
    • Coordinate monthly/yearly reports for each line of business from the marketing compliance portal
    • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously- strong PM insurance background, adaptable, articulate, present own best practices
    • Work alongside other team members on audits and provide marketing assets when needed for exams
    • Manage Red Oak submitters: providing access and trainings and keep the database up to date with active users.
    • Stay up to date with internal and industry standards and regulations
    • Ability to communicate Compliance and regulatory knowledge and can speak and understand the “language”.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Minimum 1+ year of experience within an insurance environment (Insurtech a plus)
    • 2 years+ project coordination, management or administrative role which requires the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Intermediate skillset for MS Office tools (excel, word, outlook)
    • Red Oak (Marketing Asset Tool) a bonus
    • Must enjoying working with people and being part of a team environment
    • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
    • College degree or equivalent desired
