You will help us...
- Hire amazing people for our team by working closely with hiring managers! Your most important KPI will be the number of hires vs. the number of open positions within the target closing time.
- Experiment with creative approaches to finding the best talent — new job sites, creative ways to source candidates and great ad campaigns.
- Develop marketing plans that complement your inbound pipeline and sourcing efforts by working closely with the marketers.
- Interview and hire great candidates in collaboration with the internal teams. Help create interview and recruitment processes for the roles you own.
- Create and manage effective partner networks, including external recruiters and agencies.
- Build strong relationships with team members to encourage high quality referrals, and help run our internal and external referral program.
- Nurture and engage top talent for future hiring needs.
What makes us a great match? 😍
- You have past experience in effectively sourcing top talent and running lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into candidates.
- You are fluent with data and tech — you must be able to articulate our vision, explain our products and understand our work deeply.
- You have impeccable communication (written and verbal) skills — you should be able to jump onto a phone conversation with anyone and excite them about opportunities at Atlan!
- You are comfortable with recruiting tools, including social talent platforms, email nurturing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- You have previously worked at a hyper-growth startup and have an expertise in technical recruiting.
- You have 2-4 years of recruiting experience.
