Your mission at Atlan ⭐️
- You will lead full-cycle recruitment for marketing and field engineering roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- You'll develop and implement innovative outbound sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, building a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
- You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring perfect fits for our culture and needs.
- You'll optimize our recruitment processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and improve hiring outcomes using data-driven approaches.
- You'll contribute to employer branding initiatives, effectively communicating why Atlan is an exceptional place to work.
- You'll mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and market insights to build a strong talent acquisition team.

- Minimum 7 years in SaaS recruitment, with a focus on marketing and field engineering roles.
- Proven success in hiring for senior and specialized positions in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional ability to identify and engage passive candidates through creative outbound strategies.
- Strong understanding of the GTM landscape, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Excellent skills in building rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Love for using data to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Outstanding ability to articulate Atlan's value proposition to potential candidates.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to align hiring strategies with company goals and anticipate future talent needs.
