At Atlassian, we believe in the power of diversity and are committed to a culture of inclusion. In furtherance of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives (https://www.atlassian.com/company/corporate-social-responsibility/report), we are building a diversity program to increase the diversity of under represented groups (URGs) in our talent pipeline. As part of this diversity program, we are launching a diversity survey to better understand candidate experiences and focus our Talent brand, sourcing, and interview efforts to improve our equitable outcomes.
Your participation in this diversity survey is entirely voluntary and based on your opt-in consent. All questions within the survey are also entirely voluntary.
