ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Atmosphere seeks an experienced Fulfillment Associate passionate about logistics, shipping & receiving, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and timeliness. As an Atmosphere Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for the timely shipment and receipt of Atmosphere orders, leading in inventory management, receiving all goods, managing vendors, and supporting multiple internal customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform a wide range of warehouse functions: labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed products to various locations
- Receiving all goods entering the warehouse accurately and promptly
- Be a consultant to the account executives, account managers, and customer support representatives to answer questions and provide insight on customers we have shipped Atmosphere devices to
- Performs administrative and physical duties in support of activities related to shipping/receiving
- Fulfill and organize orders to ensure the customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
- Create accurate shipping documentation for shipments.
- Handles escalation questions and problems related to shipping/receiving of goods
- Logs order information into systems as needed. These may include Salesforce, NetSuite, Clearspider, or other systems for tracking and measurement.
- Focus on the shipping process for hard goods; physical labor is required.
- A focus on excellent customer service is required. We take pride and care in every order we fill for our customers.
- Other ad-hoc projects, as assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- One (1) or more years of professional experience with shipping/receiving, vendor management, and inventory management.
- Proven experience supporting multiple internal and external customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel or Google Sheets
