Atmosphere is seeking a knowledgeable, outgoing, detail-oriented Account Management professional to support our growing team of National sellers and help realize financial gains for the company. The Digital Account Manager (AM) will be a key contributor alongside their in-office National Sales Directors, providing white-glove sales cycle service to help deliver ordered advertising dollars and to realize team objectives. They will also collaborate closely with their fellow AMs and cross-team Sales support colleagues.  This position will be based in Chicago and will report to the Director, Account Management, based in Los Angeles.


    • Develop a prompt understanding of Atmosphere’s unique value proposition, product offering, and general capabilities in the media marketplace.
    • Autonomously lead the internal pre-sale process to align Atmosphere material submissions with client KPIs, utilizing industry insights to build external relationships and realize campaign wins.
    • Provide strategic and proactive post-sale process support from launch to wrap reporting, ensuring all campaign elements function and deliver as planned.
    • Represent as an effective advocate of Atmosphere at industry events and client meetings.
    • Suggest and lead internal projects that increase AM team efficiencies, help evolve Sales processes, and contribute to the larger company’s financial picture. 


    • 3+ years in an Account Management role at a media company/publisher, or 3+ years in a Media Planning/Buying role at an advertising agency.
    • Tactful, engaging, and efficient verbal/written communication skills with all stakeholders. 
    • Existing knowledge of/advanced insight on digital media, CTV and/or OOH advertising, and performance metrics/measurement a plus.
    • Skilled at an intermediate level with Microsoft Excel, especially manipulating large data sets.
    • Analytical thinking skills; be able to digest data to make connections and consistently present informed decisions/suggestions for improvement.
    • Presence within the Chicago office is expected 5 days per week.
    • Functional experience with Salesforce, Asana, and PowerPoint.

    • Diligent work ethic and strong time management skills; be able to pivot with daily needs within a deadline-sensitive, highly dynamic startup structure.
