As a key member of the Atmosphere TV Ad Sales Research team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing impactful sales materials and presentations. Your proactive approach will be crucial in addressing routine data inquiries from the Ad Sales team, ensuring timely and informative responses that enhance the overall sales narrative. While also ensuring project adherence to timelines and best practices and leveraging your prior knowledge and experience where applicable. Your dedication to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our sales and marketing efforts at Atmosphere TV.

    • Collaborate with the Atmosphere TV Ad Sales Research team to develop effective sales materials, deliver insightful audience analysis, and craft compelling presentations.
    • Proactively address routine data and metric inquiries from the Ad Sales team, ensuring timely dissemination of insights that bolster the sales narrative.
    • Regularly track and analyze Atmosphere TV's audience and viewership metrics, providing monthly updates.
    • Contribute to the management and execution of custom research projects, including ad effectiveness and attribution studies, including exploratory research and sponsorship insights.
    • Monitor syndicated research sources to continuously update and incorporate data and analytics.
    • Work collaboratively with the ad sales marketing team to create marketing collateral, providing the necessary research to support and sell through marketing initiatives. 
    • Assist in ensuring projects adhere to timelines and best practices during the setup phase, applying prior knowledge where applicable.


    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Marketing Analytics. Relevant work experience may also be considered as an equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum of one year in a role or internship related to advertising, media research, or ad sales, preferably in an ad agency or media company.
    • Familiarity with some key media research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, VideoAmp, iSpot, MRI/Simmons) or digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables, chart/graph creation, and complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with campaign effectiveness solutions (such as Kantar, MFour, Cuebiq, Foursquare, LoopMe, Lucid etc.) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of the media landscape, especially the media buying process (planning, pacing, post-buy) a plus.
    • Demonstrated interest in working with data, a willingness to learn technical skills, and a passion for understanding media and audience data.
    • Ability to think analytically and contribute creatively within a team environment based on prior knowledge.
    • Developing verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams, building upon existing knowledge.
    • Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new methodologies and tools, building upon existing knowledge.
    • Organizational Skills: Basic understanding of project management concepts and the ability to handle multiple tasks based on prior exposure.
