The trucking and logistics industry provides the backbone of the economy. But the payments infrastructure on which it runs is broken. For the hard-working men and women of this sector, the existing suite of payment tools is outdated, difficult to use, prone to fraud, and saddled with shady fee structures. The incumbent players in this space often overlook the economic and practical needs of this user base.

We're changing that. AtoB is building Stripe for Transportation — modernizing the payments infrastructure for trucking and logistics. Supply chains rely on the timely movement of capital to function efficiently. Our end game is a world in which that capital movement occurs fairly, smoothly, and without delay. Our history and background
Our founding team has backgrounds working on autonomous vehicles at Cruise Automation, leading ops and growth for Uber, building apps that were featured on the Apple app store, and completing other great projects. We have staff and senior engineers from Google, Uber, Meta, Shopify, Airbnb, etc.

We have raised over $100 million in venture capital from investors such as General Catalyst, Bloomberg Beta, Y Combinator; founders and CEOs of companies like Google (Eric Schmidt), Salesforce (Marc Benioff), Coinbase, DoorDash, Instacart, Mozilla, Wealthfront, Segment, Gusto, Figma; CxOs and founding team members of Uber, PayPal and Stripe; angels like Elad Gil, Naval Ravikant, Gokul Rajaram; and other funds such as Climate Capital, Contrary Capital, Collaborative Fund, Designer Fund, Human Capital, Leadout, XYZ Capital, among others.

About this role:

We are looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking, and high-energy Enterprise Sales Executive that will be responsible for working with fleets to reinvent the way they pay for their largest expenses: fuel, maintenance, and payroll.  This is your chance to be part of a ground floor opportunity that will disrupt the future of how America's transportation companies manage payments. You must be comfortable creating sales strategies, working at the management level with large companies, prospecting, and closing sales. You will be a driven “hunter” with a strong work ethic and achievement-oriented aptitude. We offer a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.

In this role, you will:

    • Develop strategies to increase sales velocity and efficiency to Enterprise corporate fleet companies
    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, evolve existing sales and develop an active pipeline of projected opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and research
    • Get deals to the finish line - close!
    • Make sound judgment decisions, adapt in a dynamic and changing environment, and be an advocate for our customers and company
    • Travel to customer sites as needed (~10-20%)
    • Update daily/weekly customer activities/pipeline

What we're looking for:

    • 3-5+ years of experience in sales within a relevant fast-paced environment (selling to company fleets a plus) with a proven track record of exceeding quota
    • Passionate about achieving individual and team success
    • Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented
    • Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and a persistent go-getter
    • Familiarity with the unique demands of a start-up environment
    • High integrity, ethics, and team-building abilities
