We're changing that. AtoB is building Stripe for Transportation — modernizing the payments infrastructure for trucking and logistics. Our history and background
Our founding team has backgrounds working on autonomous vehicles at Cruise Automation, leading ops and growth for Uber, building apps that were featured on the Apple app store, and completing other great projects. We have staff and senior engineers from Google, Uber, Meta, Shopify, etc.

We have raised over $100 million in venture capital from investors such as General Catalyst, Bloomberg Beta, Y Combinator; founders and CEOs of companies like Google (Eric Schmidt), Salesforce (Marc Benioff), Coinbase, DoorDash, Instacart, Mozilla, Wealthfront, Segment, Gusto, Figma; CxOs and founding team members of Uber, PayPal and Stripe; angels like Elad Gil, Naval Ravikant, Gokul Rajaram; and other funds such as Climate Capital, Contrary Capital, Collaborative Fund, Designer Fund, Human Capital, Leadout, XYZ Capital, among others.

About this Role
As a Partner Growth Manager, you’ll represent AtoB’s brand and lead relationships with key strategic partners. You will manage our partnerships, from deal execution to launch and ongoing partner management. You will grow these partnerships, meeting key business metrics via various partner programs, marketing, and new integrations.  This is a critical role on the Partnerships team. The qualified candidate will have a good mix of skills that include an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions, strong communication skills to build and deepen partner relationships, an ability to work effectively cross-functionally with both internal and external teams, and a desire to drive significant growth of our business.

You will:

    • Be responsible for all aspects of partner growth: strategy, project management, and account management
    • Be accountable for success metrics and partner growth
    • Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value
    • Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing AtoB’s goals
    • Operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinkerLead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external teams

About you:

    • 4+ years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
    • Able to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals
    • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
    • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results
    • BA/BS required
