Our mission
The trucking and logistics industry provides the backbone of the economy. But the payments infrastructure on which it runs is broken. For the hard-working men and women of this sector, the existing suite of payment tools is outdated, difficult to use, prone to fraud, and saddled with shady fee structures. The incumbent players in this space often overlook the economic and practical needs of this user base.

We're changing that. AtoB is building Stripe for Transportation — modernizing the payments infrastructure for trucking and logistics. Supply chains rely on the timely movement of capital to function efficiently. Our end game is a world in which that capital movement occurs fairly, smoothly, and without delay. As we pursue that end game, we aim to center our customers in every way — offering them world-class customer experience and building products that work with and around the unique constraints of their daily lives. We build for fleet managers in the office and drivers on the road. We strive for products that are efficient, satisfying, and useful. Our customers enable our modern economy — they deserve it.

Our history and background
Our founding team has backgrounds working on autonomous vehicles at Cruise Automation, leading ops and growth for Uber, building apps that were featured on the Apple app store, and completing other great projects. We have staff and senior engineers from Google, Uber, Meta, Shopify, Airbnb, etc.

We have raised over $100 million in venture capital from investors such as General Catalyst, Bloomberg Beta, Y Combinator; founders and CEOs of companies like Google (Eric Schmidt), Salesforce (Marc Benioff), Coinbase, DoorDash, Instacart, Mozilla, Wealthfront, Segment, Gusto, Figma; CxOs and founding team members of Uber, PayPal and Stripe; angels like Elad Gil, Naval Ravikant, Gokul Rajaram; and other funds such as Climate Capital, Contrary Capital, Collaborative Fund, Designer Fund, Human Capital, Leadout, XYZ Capital, among others.
We are excited to open up more seats in this rocket ship!

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead our systems design and execution by translating business problems into Salesforce requirements. As the first dedicated systems hire, this person will partner with leadership and stakeholders across the multiple functions to develop and deploy new functionality, and continuously improve our existing systems as well.  As part of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, this role will be critical to enabling AtoB’s scale through hypergrowth, balancing solving today’s needs with building in flexibility for future change and expansion. Success in this strategic role requires a strong desire to build relationships, understand the root of an end user’s challenge, and know how to apply technical expertise to arrive at the best solution.

In this role, you will:

    • Own our full SFDC tech stack and roadmap by administering and advancing our existing systems, prioritizing and driving projects for new builds, and monitoring systems health as a whole
    • Gather requirements, evaluate solutions, design new processes and automation in close partnership with cross-functional partners: sales, Customer Success, support, ops, finance, marketing, and more.
    • Lead cross-functional implementation teams, build project plans, establish communication cadences, and manage deployments through to completion
    • Provide the voice of business systems in cross-functional projects that involve integration between Salesforce and other applications, including our product backend
    • Conduct testing and training for new systems and features as they launch
    • Manage configuration, documentation, and compliance for our current automation and design
    • Review requests and conduct troubleshooting to understand gaps with the current systems, or root causes of pain points/bugs, and implement proactive resolutions to solve
    • Build out a team to support our systems needs

What we're looking for:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
    • By nature, you're a problem solver and excited to troubleshoot issues that impair our sales/support processes
    • Hands-on experience designing process automation, modeling data, integrating systems, and providing analytic applications for various business functions.
    • Strong project management skills. Experience participating in and leading project teams that identify, plan, and implement business process improvements.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, demonstrating initiative as both an independent contributor and team member.
    • Strong understanding of Sales processes and Salesforce application Administration (Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, Flows, data security model, etc.)
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Able to connect the dots and conceptualize problems statements and solutions at a strategic level while bringing empathy for the end user.
    • Passion for helping people, making a difference, and winning as a team are required for success.
    • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
