Come build something remarkable with us.

The opportunity

As Senior Product Manager for Content Authoring, you’ll own the vision, strategy and delivery of the authoring platform at the very heart of Atomi.

You’ll design intuitive, powerful workflows that unlock creativity, remove friction and make it easy for creators ranging from our in-house team to teachers in classrooms to bring high-quality learning experiences to life. You'll leverage generative AI capabilities to support everything from large-scale Atomi content production to personalised teacher-created materials.

What You'll Do

    • Lead the roadmap for Atomi’s content authoring platform, from idea to delivery to optimisation.
    • Introduce and integrate generative AI capabilities to speed up and enhance content creation workflows.
    • Translate creator needs into clear product priorities that improve adoption, efficiency and quality while leading the delivery of scalable authoring solutions that can adapt to evolving curriculum requirements and learning modalities.
    • Run usability testing, workflow analysis and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs.
    • Partner with Content, Learning, Engineering and Design teams to deliver seamless, scalable authoring tools.

What You'll Bring to Atomi

    • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech or a content-heavy platform.
    • Strong background in managing complex workflows where usability, accuracy and scalability matter.
    • Excitement about generative AI and its potential to transform creative processes. (Previous experience working with Generative AI projects highly desired)
    • A systems thinker who can simplify complexity and turn insights into clear strategies.
    • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across technical and creative teams.

How to apply

Ironically for an education company, we’re not huge sticklers for qualifications. We’re more interested in how your skills and experience can contribute to our team. Make sure to include links to any relevant projects, like your portfolio, writing, GitHub, etc. - whatever helps us understand what you're good at, what you're passionate about, and why you’d be a great fit at Atomi.

We also know great people come from all kinds of backgrounds, so even if you don't meet all the requirements we've listed, you should still apply.

Please note: You'll need Australian working rights for this role.
