We're looking for a Content Design Instructor who’s passionate about education and excited to help shape how we train and support our incredible content team. At Atomi, we’re building high-impact, high-quality learning experiences that help teachers and students thrive. We’re growing fast, and we need someone who’s ready to step into a hands-on role - facilitating training, mentoring team members to help create engaging educational content and resources.

If you're a creative, tech-savvy communicator who enjoys wearing multiple hats - trainer, facilitator, mentor, reviewer - this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

    • Work with content, production, visual design and product teams to identify training needs and design solutions
    • Develop and deliver engaging and practical training programs for new content types, tools, and team members
    • Create a range of training resources—from documentation and visual guides to videos, simulations, and interactive workshops
    • Plan and facilitate onboarding, upskilling sessions, and design-focused workshops
    • Mentor new team members through content design processes, providing actionable, constructive feedback
    • Continuously refine training materials and style guides to support consistency and high-quality outcomes
    • Track and present training performance and progress, identifying opportunities for improvement

What You'll Bring to Atomi

    • A passion for education, especially at the high school level
    • Experience in design instruction, or you’re a recent graduate from a design-related degree
    • Strong visual design instincts and comfort using design software
    • A knack for writing clear, instructional copy and training materials
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you can connect with people and explain concepts with clarity
    • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, and an eagerness to learn on the job
    • The ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, particularly in early-stage projects
    • Familiarity with different teaching methods, tools, and adult learning principles
    • Bonus points if you have experience in a startup or remote team environment
